How do I use my points?

Points can be redeemed at checkout. Depending on how many points you have, you'll see an amount you can apply to your order total during the checkout process.

When will the points show up in my profile?

Expect to see your points in your profile after all items in your order have shipped or your retail purchase is completed (typically within 24 hours).

What happens to my points if I return an order?

If you return or cancel an order, the points you earned on that order will be removed from your account. Points used on a purchase will be refunded to your account after the return has been processed.

When will my points expire?

Unlike other membership programs, your points with us will NOT expire!
