Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of when the order was placed.
  • Item(s) must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached/original packaging). Sorry, no test runs!
  • Returns are not accepted on sale items marked down more than 30%.
  • The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping cost. Please contact us via email ( or live-chat to setup a return. We will send out a return label and deduct the cost from your refund total.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer!

Exchanges & Replacements:

  • We provide 1 free exchange for the same item/different size. (if in-stock)
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • To setup an exchange please contact us via our live-chat widget or email If the item is in-stock, we will send a return label and ship your new item once the other is received.

Refunds Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Partial Refunds:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is subject to a partial refund.

Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again to make sure. Also, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
